Last week marked the launch of the "Workaholics Anonymous" Facebook fan page, which has already become Rab Studio's most active FB venture. Thank you to everyone who jumped onto our "Workaholics Anonymous" Facebook fan page. It had a quiet launch last week, and we rose to over a hundred fans in just a few days. More on that below, but the page already promises to not only connect people to the film, but also offer a social area for workaholics to swap ideas and vent about their daily grind. Within days, the page's "Wall" became an emotional support group, offering a place for fans to admit, "I am a workaholic." The discussion board has also seen a wide range of topics, such as tips and tricks, as well as the pros and cons of self-employment vs. finding a job. "We're already surprised at how quickly the page has grown," said Producer Allison Freitas. "It's pretty clear that this page is bigger than the film itself, and we'd like to continue growing it as a place for real-life workaholics to connect and network." In addition to updates about the film, the page is constantly sharing helpful links and articles, from getting the most out of weekends to ditching the Monday morning blues. Only a week since it's launch, and the fan page is already becoming a great resource for all the crazy, caffeine-driven workaholics out there. My name is _______________ and I'm a workaholic.
Workaholics Anonymous is a quirky, light-hearted comedy about the trials and tribulations of self-employment. Dan Jette might spend his business day alone in his quiet home office, but in his mind, he is an over-worked, cubicle-bound employee in a busy office building. As he pushes through his 9-5 grind, he begins to wonder why he’s the only employee actually doing anything.

![]() This past weekend saw a light-hearted photoshoot for the official Workaholics Anonymous poster, marking the final stage of preparation for the film's festival package. "We obviously wanted the poster to capture the quirkiness of the film," said Producer Allison Freitas, "but we spent a lot of time coming up with a design that will pop out at the festivals." The design will also carry over to the DVD and soundtrack artwork, mini postcards, and many other publicity materials. "This is the last piece of the puzzle," said Robert Bartolome. "We want to have everything completely set and ready to ship in three weeks, when we'll be able to announce some premiere dates and all the fun stuff." Look for posters, soundtrack, and other merchandise at the film'sstore page, starting next month! And stay tuned for release information in three weeks. This is your new blog post. Rab Studios gives Davidson O. Calfee the lead role in their upcoming film, "Workaholics Anonymous," a lighthearted look at today's small business man. Workaholics Anonymous is a quirky, light-hearted comedy about the trials & tribulations of self-employment. Dan Jette might spend his business day alone in his quiet home office, but in his mind, he is an over-worked, cubicle-bound employee in a busy office building. As he pushes through his 9-5 grind, he begins to wonder why he's the only employee actually doing anything. According to Director Robert Bartolome, "Self-employment is stressful, and it takes a toll on everyone. This film not only captures that experience, but also recognizes and illustrates the importance of balancing work and personal life." Davidson O. Calfee prepares to appear at the Sundance Film Festival for his upcoming short film, "Workaholics Anonymous" produced by Rab Studios. From slower dialogue-driven scenes to swooping crane shots of the busy office floor, the Rab crew worked relentlessly to make sure every single shot was captured by the end of the project. "We're really lucky to have Pertinent Pictures with us," said Director Robert Bartolome. "Todd Walker and his grip crew really brought the production to a whole new level. They've taken care of all the lighting setups, and we couldn't have gotten our incredible opening jib shot without them."
South Shore Young Professionals and the Cape Cod Young Professionals award Davidson O. Calfee, President of the Falmouth Young Professionals as one of the prestigious 40 under 40.
